From the sunroom you enter the sitting room and dining area with door to kitchen. Both sitting room and kitchen window face the Tarka Trail lane outside. Both windows on this wall have been "framed" outside to resemble very old, typically Devon type windows. Seen by walkers and cyclists these windows look as though they have always been there.
This room features a woodburning stove and a very old oak beam. Logs from the grounds of the main house are available.
